Refund Policy

At DietitianCEU.com, we are committed to providing high-quality continuing education opportunities for Registered Dietitians (RDs), Dietetic Technicians, Registered (DTRs), and other nutrition professionals. Please review our refund and course transfer policy before purchasing a course.
Course Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The course has not been completed.
- A Certificate of Completion has not been issued.
- The course content has not been substantially accessed or utilized.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
Completed Courses
Once a course has been completed and a Certificate of Completion has been issued, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Because continuing education credit has already been earned and documented, completed courses are considered fully delivered and non-refundable.
Course Transfers and Course Swaps
We understand that your educational needs may change.
Students may request a transfer from one course to another of equal or greater value, provided the original course has not been completed and a Certificate of Completion has not been issued.

If the new course has a higher enrollment fee, the participant will be responsible for paying the difference in cost prior to transfer.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a course, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving access issues promptly and will make reasonable efforts to ensure you can access your purchased course materials.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us within 14 days of the duplicate transaction. Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund or account credit at our discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances
DietitianCEU.com reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for documented extenuating circumstances. Approval of such requests is solely at the discretion of DietitianCEU.com and is not guaranteed.
