1. Eligibility
DietitianCEU.com provides continuing education activities intended for Registered Dietitians (RDs), Dietetic Technicians, Registered (DTRs), nutrition professionals, students, and other healthcare professionals. Users must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or enroll in courses.
2. Educational Purpose
All content provided through DietitianCEU.com is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
Completion of a course does not guarantee licensure renewal, credential renewal, employment opportunities, certification, professional advancement, or acceptance of continuing education credit by any licensing board, employer, credentialing organization, or regulatory agency. Licensees agree and acknowledge that it is their responsibility to follow the dietetic organization or state licensing board requirements and steps necessary to renew their credential/license. Licensees are responsible for verifying that a course meets their continuing education requirements for their respective organization or state board, and following all applicable laws and rules for the organization/state board in which they are renewing/reinstating.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All Website content, course materials, presentations, videos, recordings, assessments, quizzes, handouts, downloadable resources, graphics, logos, text, designs, educational content, and other materials provided through DietitianCEU.com are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Prohibited Use of Course Materials

4A. Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, and Automated Collection Restrictions
To protect the intellectual property rights of DietitianCEU.com, users are expressly prohibited from using any course content, materials, assessments, presentations, videos, handouts, downloads, or other Website content for the purpose of training, developing, improving, testing, or operating artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, data mining systems, or automated content generation platforms.
Without prior written authorization from DietitianCEU.com, users may not:

DietitianCEU.com expressly reserves all rights related to the use of its content for artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, and automated processing purposes.
5. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Each course enrollment is intended for a single participant only. Sharing usernames, passwords, certificates, or course access with another person is strictly prohibited. DietitianCEU.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access or credential sharing.
6. Certificates of Completion
Certificates of Completion are issued only after all course requirements have been successfully satisfied. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information to DietitianCEU.com for their certificate is accurate. Fraudulent submissions, impersonation, falsification of records, or attempts to obtain continuing education credit without satisfying course requirements may result in denial or revocation of certificates and permanent removal from the Website. DietitianCEU.com does not mail, email, fax, or send in any way, certificates of completion to state licensing boards or the CDR, as this is the responsibility of the user/licensee.
7. Payments and Fees
All course fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before access to course materials is granted. DietitianCEU.com reserves the right to modify course pricing at any time without prior notice.
8. Refunds and Course Transfers
Refunds and course transfers are governed by the DietitianCEU.com Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
9. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
Course content is designed for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as individualized medical, nutrition, legal, accounting, or professional advice. Users remain solely responsible for their professional judgment, patient care decisions, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards of practice, and professional ethics.
10. Limitation of Liability
